Robyn graduated from the University of North Carolina in Wilmington with a BS in Biology in 2011. She then attended East Carolina University where she graduated in 2014 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following graduation, Robyn has worked in various settings including outpatient orthopedic, home health, and hospital based rehabilitation. Prior to attending college, Robyn sustained a lumbar spine sport's injury and recovered through extensive PT. Robyn's personal experience inspired her to become a physical therapist, so that she could provide compassionate care and help others return to the activities they love doing. Personally, Robyn enjoys spending her free time being outdoors, running, paddle boarding, biking, doing yoga, and reading.
She has completed certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling and appreciates its effectiveness when coupled with therapeutic exercise with her patients.
