Hallie Wilson, DPT

Hallie graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 2007 with a BA in Exercise and Sports Science. She then went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2010. A North Carolina native, Hallie is originally from Goldsboro NC and was a cheerleader for the Tar Heels during college. She has specialized in outpatient orthopedics her entire career, with specialty training in post-operative management, manual therapy, women’s health, and vestibular conditions. While working in Richmond VA, Hallie worked closely with several orthopedic surgeons in the area and helped to develop post-operative protocols. Hallie has attended several advanced continuing education courses including: shoulder, knee, and ankle, manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and caring for the pregnant patient. Hallie’s desire to be a physical therapist came from her struggles as a collegiate athlete as well as her passion for caring for and educating her patients. In her free time, Hallie enjoys spending time with her husband, Grey and their two children Ava and Emma. She enjoys endurance-based athletics and has competed in several marathons, half marathons, and triathlons.
