Blair graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Kinesiology in 2012 and attended Campbell University where she graduated in 2016 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Following graduation, Blair has worked in various settings including hospital based acute care, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient settings working with neurological, vestibular and orthopedic populations. Blair has a strong passion for working with patients who have been diagnosed with strokes, brain injuries, parkinsons and MS, as well as those looking to return to sport or regular exercise. She utilizes yoga and pilates principles and her background in group fitness training to customize each treatment session to the patients needs. In her free time, she enjoys riding her gravel bike, exercising, cooking, soaking up the sun and spending time with her calico cat.
