Beth Connell graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from the Medical College of Georgia in 1995 and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2006 with a concentration in orthopaedics and secondary specializations in vestibular and oncology rehabilitation. Beth was the NC PT Association co-lecturer for Oncology/ Breast Cancer in 2009 and recognized as a valuable resource in dizziness rehab by being a current lecturer at UNC-Chapel Hill for PT department's Vestibular Rehab education. Beth has completed training in the Graston Technique® (instrument-assisted manual technique for examination and treatment of many soft-tissue conditions). As a co-owner of Bodies in Balance Physical Therapy, Beth strives to create an environment that is positive and results in optimal patient-centered care. Beth has achieved the designation of Orthopaedics Clinical Specialist by American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists.
