Bernadette Solar, PT Tech

Bernadette is thrilled to be gaining experience with the team at Bodies in Balance! She recently left the corporate environment to pursue her passion for the wellness industry, and is currently finishing her 500-hr yoga teacher training with the American Viniyoga Institute (AVI). Bernadette plans to continue her education with AVI for the next few years to become a certified Yoga Therapist. In addition to yoga and wellness, Bernadette loves cooking, singing, traveling, and spending time with family!
